If I stay more than 1 night, I would definitely do grocery shopping and do some master chefs' cooking in their place. A/C is cold. Quiet neighborhood have me a very good night sleep.

The room is comfortable to stay in and the place is just near the bust stop with a lot of dining places nearby to go to.
