The cabin was immaculate and better stocked (all options covered) than any other accommodation we have visited for years. Our host was welcoming, pleasant and very approachable with a high sense of pride in presentation of the living quarters and surrounds.

It’s a traditional old school pub and accommodation with some history to it. Rooms are basic but clean. As were the shared bathrooms.

Our hosts were very informative and welcoming prior to our arrival and touched base with us to make sure we had everything that we needed. The peace and tranquility of the site was something that added to our holiday experience. Sitting on the deck at the outdoor table setting to have breakfast overlooking the "Lake" was a bonus.

Paul was a great host. He made me a coffee on arrival and gave some good suggestions for dining out. The hot breakfast that he whipped up was sensational!!

Breakfast was fabulous, gourmet food presented beautifully. Such a quiet, tranquil garden setting to enjoy the breakfast. Also had a dinner, sitting in the warm lounge room beside a roaring fire. Felt like King and Queen of the house.

Great dinner & entertainment at The Imperial Hotel on Friday night - but disappointed the pub (& the whole town) closed at 9pm!

While the township of Eumundi is small and charming our accommodation was so poor that it meant our stay was too long. We only stayed four nights in order to go to the Eumundi Markets. The accommodation was so unhealthy and disappointing that we were just pleased to leave and go home. The markets will have to wait for another time. Not a good experience, especially at Christmas.

Eumundi is a great location for lots of the attractions in the area. The ginger factory, the markets, Noosa, great shops and beaches all within a 30 minute drive.
We had dinner at the Thai restaurant in Eumundi itself. The pub where stayed was typical of a country pub and all the locals were great.

Eumundi is a small country town, but has all the requirements for a good stay. It has a couple of hotels dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, both of which serve meals. We visited the Imperial Hotel and found the standard of food and service to be excellent. Likewise the Thai restaurant in the town centre.
Of course there is the famous Eumundi Market (Wed and Sat). This had just re-opened post-CoVid19 lockdown and we visited on a Wednesday . We are not normally 'market people', but were pleasantly surprised with the range and quality of goods for sale. There was a lovely happy atmosphere and a good attendance (just enabling Social Distancing). We felt that Wednesday was a good day to visit - I imagine that Saturdays will be a little crowded - so get there early!
There is a lovely area of parkland, part of which has a strong emphasis on WW1 remembrance. Many trees carry dedications to individual service personnel who lost their lives in that conflict.
Eumundi is well placed to enable easy travel eastwards to the Noosa area for sea/surf activities, and westwards to the Kenilworth/Mary Valley area for interesting country drives.

Eumundi is a magical country village with a bohemian vibe, a secret hideaway that comes to life during market days and a Friday evening food market. Just down the road from the amazing “spirit house restaurant” in Yandina and about 20 minutes from bustling Noosa and the quaint villages of montville and Maleny.
The room was comfy, clean, had a beautiful outlook onto the garden, and the thoughtful small comforts were really appreciated.
The location was perfect being so close to Eumundi and Noosa, whilst situated in the beautiful hinterlands.
It was nice to have multiple comfy seating options on the deck, with a gorgeous view and clean pool.
Breakfast was delicious, and the thoughtful options were a lovely surprise!
It was a fantastic value for money, we had a lovely time and couldn’t fault it! Thank you!
We loved our stay! Room, bed and bath were clean and comfortable. The setting was lovely with breakfast served on the porch overlooking the yard and pond. Many native birds serenaded us. Our hosts Sue and David were helpful and available and SO interesting to talk with about their travels and careers. The breakfast was delicious and filling! And included passion fruit from their plants! We were in the area for a wedding but it’s a perfect location to visit the famous Eumundi Markets.
Always enjoy staying at Joe’s Waterhole Hotel. Great value & great location in the middle of Eumundi and straight across from the markets.
Extremely comfortable bed. Great A/C. Very clean. Tea & coffee making facilities. Very quiet at night.
Great meals & a lovely beer garden. live music.
Off street parking available on site (not covered).
Only 20 minutes drive to Noosa.
The location is great, right next door to the best pub in Eumundi. The rooms are spotless and spacious, furnished beautifully with furniture and artwork from local artists. The bar fridge was stocked with complimentary samples of locally made produce (gins, ginger beer, wine and chocolates) so it was great value for such a gorgeous room. We will definitely be back
Very clean, and comfortable accomodations with all necessary amenities. We loved the peace and quiet. Anne is a very thoughtful, warm and considerate host. She had a lot of suggestions for places to visit and cafes and restaurants. 🙂
We higly recommend Eumundi cottages for a cozy and comfortable stay🙂
The complimentary chocolate cake with blueberries and cream in the fridge on arrival. The beautiful relaxing mountain view from the cabin is amazing. A great place to really unwind. Handy to eumundi township for cafes and a great Thai restaurant.
Janet was VERY welcoming guest and she genuinely just wants her guests to have fun and enjoy the area. Clean and comfortable mountain retreat but the location was just beautiful. Make sure you time your trip with the Eumundi market's.
Might be the cutest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We only stayed a night but wish we could have been there longer! The bed was the most comfortable we had on our two week trip to Australia, and the vibes were immaculate!
A peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a great tree lined outlook. The location gives easy road access to Eumundi and Cooroy. The 2 cottages are well screened from each other and from the welcoming hosts' house.
Generous array of breakfast foods supplied to our room for both hot and cold courses.
Good size bungalow set amongst tropical rainforest. Private and peaceful.
Short drive into Eumundi and 20 minutes to Noosa.
beautiful setting. hosts were absolutely wonderful. best breakfast ever. quiet, everything you would need or want. very close to Eumundi. a charming, comfortable home with a pool and bush land setting.
Parking was secure and close to the room. The room was amazing and very comfortable . Well laid out had everything we needed. Close to the local shops, Eumundi markets and hotel for food and coffee
Beautiful old converted Queenslander. Brilliant, welcoming hosts. Close to Eumundi's main street (restaurants and shops). Quiet location, great beds - sleep like a log.
