Such a clean and fun little spot. The location was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was delicious !

A really lovely, very clean and modern apartment in the heart of Annecy, location could not be better. Owner was easy to deal with after a change of check in time and took his time to show us around the apartment. Split over two levels the recently converted apartment has been built to a very high specification, specifically the shower which is an experience on it's own! Bed was very comfy but unfortunately as we were only there for a one night stop over we never really got to use the kitchen and lounge areas which were fully equipped and very inviting with a gas fire. Great place to stay.

Very friendly concierge, good email communication with representative (Karine). Very dog-friendly. Easy access to the lake. We felt good, really good.

The place is in an excellent location very close to the lake and super close to various supermarkets. The furnishing and equipment is high quality and therefore functioning well. For all who enjoy being close to nature an absolute recommendation.

Το La Parenthèse Enchantée - Résidel είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε Sévrier, σε απόσταση 41 χλμ από Halle Olympique d'Albertville και 42 χλμ από Rochexpo. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.
