The staff has always been very helpful, the location was outstanding - very close to the beach and all the restaurants, clubs, etc but it felt very secluded at the same time due to the hotel being at the end of a small street. Very comfortable sun beds, frequent maintenance of the shared areas, beautiful room.

Located 800 metres from Segara Beach and less than 1 km from Sindhu Beach, Ocean Star Apartment Sanur features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, balcony and seating area. Really big apartment, our biggest accommodation in Bali so far. :) Two rooms and even two bathroom. Nice little pool with toys for children. The kindest staff we found in Bali, always smiling and ready to help us, we really appreciate it!

Staff was very nice trying to help us to discover the area. We even received gifts when we left, they gave to our 6 years old boy a small toy, which totally surprise us. They have a small bar, next to the pool. Brrakfast or any other type of meals could be ordered from there. The small house itself has everyting you need and it's very clean. Overall a great experience.

It is a very calm, comfortable and clean place with friendly host (Peter) and staff. They have a wonderful yoga studio with a magnificent view over the rice field. Even though the place was fully booked, we received a private villa experience, which was terrific! The bed linen was snow white and fresh, the air con worked properly and with no issues. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The pool area and restaurant are also very nice and chill, and the breakfast is amazing. Best accommodation we had during our trip to Bali.
