I couldn't reccomend this houseboat enough, it exceeded our expectations. The location of the house boat is ideal. A short boat ride of a few minutes away from the main street and included in the price. Most houseboats charge for crossings. It is located at the end of the first row of house boats, giving you a wonderful uninterrupted view of the whole lake from your bedroom. The house boat is surrounded by beautiful waterlilies and looks stunning. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe. Abrahim is a wonderful host, who made our experience in Srinagar memorable. He helped us plan our days and even organised a driver for us for our next leg of our journey to Leh! We really felt at home from the minute we arrived and Abrahim was available whenever we needed him. Breakfast was included, and really set us up for the day. We ate on the houseboat varanda, cooked with Kashmiri love accompanied by Kashmiri tea - another highlight. Thank you for making us feel like family, Abrahim!

Aziz Palace Group Of Houseboats, a property with a garden, is situated in Srinagar, 8.2 km from Pari Mahal, 8.5 km from Hazratbal Mosque, as well as 3.3 km from Roza Bal Shrine. Obviously, anyone who stays here or even looks at it from inside will give it five stars. If possible, more stars can be given! It is luxury where not much can be expected. When you first reach Dal lake and you get into your designated shikara which is supposed to take you to your houseboat, and then your shikara uploads you into this Aziz Palace group of Houseboats, we didn't foresee the level of its luxury. It's the epitome of luxuriousness. The most friendly and five-star houseboat trained staff, the aesthetically beautiful & elegant decor, the spacious and comfy rooms, the long attached bathrooms which are totally out of this world, the utterly delightful terrace and restaurant on the terrace, the food. Featuring a hot tub, Tashkand Houseboat is located in Srinagar. Featuring mountain and lake views, this boat also provides guests with free WiFi. I had a wonderful stay at Tashkand houseboat during winter season in January 2023. Musa, the houseboat owner, is very helpful and provide very good service. Dinner at Tashkand was our best dining in Kashmir as it's fresh meat, homemade, and no MSG. If you stay here I recommend trying 1 dining at his place. The place is clean and tidy. There's towels and amenities provided. There s no heater in the bedroom but it's replaced with warmed electric blanket which works very well to keep you warm at night, especially in winter. There are free shikara ride across to main road if you paid for shikara ride trip the first or second day. It's a special deal that the houseboat made with shikara riders so you will get the best deal and save money if you get shikara trip. It was the memorable, affordable house boat price.
