A compact apartment with comfortable bedding. The location was very convenient if a view is not important to you. Short walking distance to shops, beach, clubs, eating places. The owner handled our complaint promptly and as well as he could under our circumstance.

The beach on the weekend is nice. Lots of family activity and cafe culture, dog walking etc. There is a big Cole’s by the beach so easy to get groceries. I didn’t venture too far from the Hotel so can’t comment beyond this. If you are going for a beach holiday it’s a good spot. Breakfasts are good but evening meals are pricey.

Love that the shops are so close to the beach and the boardwalk.
Lovely restaurants.
The boardwalk is amazing and the beach is to die for :)
Transport is also good if you are wanting to head up or down the coast.

You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location.
You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location. Stay somewhere in close proximity to the beach.
If you're an LGBTQIA+ Traveller, we can't recommend The Landmark Resort as we had a very unpleasant HOMOPHOBIC experience with a Senior Staff Member (Front of House) May 2023 and wrote to the General Manager. We Received No Response. After several stays, will not stay there again.
COCO Mooloolaba is worth a stay. Good place.

We have been visiting Mooloolaba for many many years and we plan to keep returning. Beautiful, family friendly beaches, with easy walking along the beach front up to Maroochydore and out along the spit. It is also great for surfing, boating and fishing. Easy ccess to a range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba.
You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba. It has everything you could want in a holiday spot. Great shopping, seafood, cafe's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream. It has playgrounds, canal cruises, Sea Life, the Marina and it is not far from bigger shopping centers if required. You can drive up the mountain and explore Maleny, go to the Eumundi Markets, explore Noosa all just a short drive, otherwise relax at the beach and watch the kids play, swim and look for crabs. Such a beautiful part of our country.

pretty town not far from most amenities, plenty of walks along the water front, plenty of shops to look at. Coles just down the road along with take away outlets.
easy to get around, just would not stay at particular accommodation again.
I have never written bad review before but our experience in this hotel was terrible. We were told air conditioned rooms but no air-condition in any of the 3 rooms. The only air condition was in the sitting room and that was not even working fine. We couldn't sleep until we left. When we spoke to reception and offered to pay more for a better room I was harshly asked to F off.
It was a warm weekend so I had no option but to book another hotel urgently so that we can sleep
Location was excellent. Just a short walk to so many things including beach, esplanade, The Wharf, supermarket/shops.
Loved the size of the property. It was easy to navigate including getting to the pool area.
The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed.
Bonus that there was a dedicated parking space at no extra cost.
Easy to communicate with the owners before and during our stay.
Loved that there was the opportunity to borrow pool/beach equipment.
The property is located in a beautiful location in Sunshine Coast. Easy access to Mooloolaba beach, esplanade & other amenities.
Apartments are spacious, comfortable & clean.
Staff were extremely friendly & caring. Specially Kylie & Gavin were lovely & assisted us during our one month stay.
The apartment was extremely comfortable; fully equipped kitchen; well presented; very clean; plenty of room; own individual access; verandah overlooking the river; walkways; close to amenities; whilst not on the Mooloolaba Esplanade was quiet, relaxing, with lots of bird life.
Location was perfect for us. While not on the beach, it was only a quick walk away. Close to shops and to the wharf precinct also. Very quiet and unit was a good size and very comfortable. Pool was a good size and nice to come back to after a day at the beach.
I appreciated the hotel's prime location in the center of Mooloolaba Esplanade, offering tranquil settings with beautiful beach views. The inclusion of parking and the straightforward after-hours check-in process added to the convenience of my stay.
Lovely room, and fantastic view! The reception staff were very helpful, polite and super friendly. Brilliant location and great amenities both in the hotel and close by within walking distance. Always great to stay at Mantra Mooloolaba!
The location is perfect and we enjoyed the option of going to the pool and hot tub. We used the bbq on the rooftop patio twice. The proximity to the beach, grocery store and others was an added perk.
The staff at Mantra add awesome.
Great size appartments well fitted and with ample air-conditioning. We enjoyed the hotel pool but Mooloolaba beach is less than 50 meters away across the road and down a short access-way and offers great swimming and surfing.
Loved the location.!!I could walk along Mooloolaba esplanade and the beach with very easy access.
The gym was easily accessible as well as the pool.
The unit was big enough and had everything I needed.
Perfect location to esplanade, cafes etc. Easy walk to the wharf. Exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Immaculately clean. Easy parking. Exceeded all expectations. Value for money in every way.
What a stunning view!
We enjoyed being right on the beach- perfect for a holiday with my 90 year old mother. She loved the main bedroom and we enjoyed watching some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Location spot on. Right in the heart of Mooloolaba and so beachfront. Kitchen fully equipped. Neat tidy room. Shopping bbq walking distance. Kids had so much fun.
The location was amazing, right on the beach, there was a boardwalk that you could walk in either direction and it was walking distance to the esplanade
