First, we reserved our room over the phone. A handicap accessible room was requested, and confirmed. Only to find out upon arrival that it wasn't, and none were available. So we then requested a shower Chair, of which, at no fault of the staff, the only one available was in the storage room and assembled in a box. After, which the very nice manager and a staff member, attempted to assemble it. Only to discover that the screw holes that attached the back rest were messed up. So it was set up as a bench seat only. And due to the seat issues, the management informed that they couldn't be held accountable if it broke or collapsed when used. So in lieu of this, my wife was unable to shower for the two night stay 😡 The bed mattress seemed very broken down and was very uncomfortable, So a good night's sleep was undoable, as well as getting up both mornings with a sore back. As for breakfast, there wasn't any. Just coffee, and a selection of ridiculously priced pre-packaged items for sale. This was one of the most unpleasant stays we've ever had, and as t a cost of nearly $250. Well never recommend you to anyone, and will never stay in one of your facilities again.

The lobby was clean and updated but
our room looked like it was decorated in the 80's. Lighting was terrible and the wallpaper was coming loose in the bathroom with sheetrock coming out.

The location is great and near some restaurants and a Walmart. We had a Queen Studio which had a full kitchenette and fridge. It had lots of space plus a seating area. Breakfast was simple and nice but not much hot food offering but there were breads, sausage patties, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, and yogurts. Heater worked great during the blizzard and beds were comfy. Sinclair gas station right outside the property.

I don't like the drama that most of the born here people are about. I do like some of the scenery around carson city nv. My favorite restaurant is San Marcos grill. If you are new to this area and like the out doors you should go check out the water falls. That is a great place.

It is a very nice, easy to navigate town. The government center is a must-see! I really enjoyed our stay as we were passing through. They have every kind of convenience but there is also a beautiful abundance of natural spaces.

We ate at Olive Gardens and Red's 395 BBQ.
Getting around was very easy and short time to get to Reno and
Virginia City. I loved Carson City, was very clean and seems like
a nice place to live. I will come back.

Absolutely beautiful, most places we went were inviting to us. We are a mixed family and we noticed in some areas we weren’t welcomed. Go cart place in Carson was very disrespectful to my daughters, partner and I when we went go cart racing. They were playing white power music and being rude to us. We continued to stay, to ignore them. staff was not professional at all, we had to keep asking where to go, the female kinda just shoved the helmets are way. We waited after 3 other groups of people who were Caucasian go before us, essentially we waited over an hour to go. Then our turn was very short. I would not recommend this place at all. If you are any shade of brown, do not go here.
Yogurt beach was INCREDIBLE, a must go. Get the pineapple, burst of flavor non stop!
We did drive out of Carson daily, must go to Caps pizza near kings beach, INCREDIBLE PIZZA, and very welcoming staff. A must go!
Also the Grid for burgers and wings!!
We didn’t have hotel breakfast because we slept in. But there is a Dutch Bros down the road. The price was good!! It was a 3 day holiday weekend, and most places were booked up or the prices were ridiculously jacked up. The Roadway Inn was easy to find Not far from the freeway exit. The room was cute, clean, and cozy. The facility was very quiet during the night. And no road traffic noises during the night.
The hotel honored our request for room location. We stayed in the main hotel building. There is also an annex building behind the main building.
The room was very big and the bed comfortable.
We could open the windows to get a nice breeze at night.
The neighborhood behind the hotel (away from the main street) was quiet.
The hotel was full, but we didn't hear any other guests.
Everything was very good about the property, the room, the staff and the pricing. But the $75 charge for one small well behaved dog was an outrage. This is by far the most we have ever paid for our dog to stay for one night in any hotel. We were in a Holiday Inn the following night and the pet charge was a reasonable $25.
what breakfast, i liked that the manager did the best he could to correct a discrepancy with the room on a very busy weekend where all of carson city was booked. The refrigerator in my room was not working, so he brought one from somewhere and put it on a counter in the room so none of my food spoiled.
For the price it's a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly and respectful of your wants and needs. Any problems and they take care of you right away. The rooms may not be the best at all but the staff and location make up for it. I would recommend this hotel to anybody I know.
The staff are friendly and the hotel is pet friendly.
The breakfast, while underwhelming, was at least available and included.
There was an icemaker available - but I understand that to be standard equipment in the US.
That's about it.
The room was large, nice, and clean. There were plenty of towels and pillows, and the staff was cheerful and friendly. We got a decent price at the last minute on Nevada Day weekend, one of Carson City's busiest weekends.
The staff is absolutely amazing. We have stayed at this hotel for many years the night before the Nevada Day parade. The rooms are always clean. Even with the negatives the hotel is a good value.
Great stay for the money, rooms have it all,odd configuration roomfor a motel but very impressed with hotel, recomend this hotel found it on booking .com
