Good rooms, no complaints, but the service and staff are terrible.

Cleaned, good location. Love the decorations in the room. Kitchen was awesome. We loved having breakfast and dinner out of balcony watching and listening the ocean waves. We hope to come back.

Fantastic location and view. It's a bit dated, but mostly well maintained. It had great amenities - everything we needed - and was perfect for both teens and adults.
Set between North Ka’anapali Beach and the mountains of West Maui, this Lahaina, Hawaii resort features 6 outdoor pools. It has spacious villas with views of the ocean or island.
Kapalua, the place itself, was beautiful. The resort was beautiful. The community center office’s staff needs more training. They were rude, not familiar with their work, seem to be not care about their customers. They care more about what are not their business and not their responsibility than helping their customers.

Loved Kapalua and would stay there again.
Loved Kapalua and would stay there again. Quiet area at the Ridge and very relaxing and not touristy like Kaanapali and Lahaina. Great location to nice beaches north of Kapalua and plenty of snorkeling time. Highly recommend Slaughterhouse Beach and Napili Bay for turtles, snorkeling.
The historic Honolua Store in Kapalua is a must see for sundries, souvenirs and sandwiches. Oh and don't forget the Dole whip machine near the deli. Great coffee shop on H-30 called Hawaiian Village Coffee.

Fantastic in every way! This place is just perfect.
Fantastic in every way! This place is just perfect. Great staff who made sure everything was as we wanted. They helped with planning our days and gave great suggestions of where to go. From the valet to the front desk excellent! Beautiful place.
Fantastic location, brilliant views, well maintained property.
On top of all that the villa felt very private and laid back in comparison with the nearby resorts.
Whilst the villas do not have a restaurant themselves it was only a short walk to the restaurants at the nearby resorts.
We had the best time in Kapalua - the apartment was terrific- very comfortable and very convenient to general store, golf and restaurants and if you don’t want to walk you can just ring the shuttle bus - best vacation ever!
Incredible view of Kapalua Bay 240 degrees especially good for Humpback whale and calf viewing! Very secluded no noise and overall well equipped and comfortable.
Location was perfect to be able to go to Kapalua Bay twice a day !!!! Interior decor was perfect with Hawaii touch ! Amazing kitchen !!! Very clean !!!
