I also liked how secure the property was and the fact that it had parking on the premises. Ana was a gracious host and was extremely helpful. Self check-in was very easy and we arrived to a very sweet welcome basket. These touches really make my day!

The hosts were very kind people—who brought us delicious breakfast in a picnic basket each morning! We loved staying so close to Barcelos, but in this little slice of rural paradise. Location from & back to the Portuguese Camino was perfect. Its a 2 bedroom house so the cost was split. Also having all that you need (kettle, coffee machine, washing machine etc..) after a long days walk & early start makes all the difference.

We were made very welcome by our host who had provided some food items and did our washing. She was very friendly and helpful. Being able to relax in the lovely garden and pool was very special. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.
