Hotel Lipa, ideally located in the very centre of Kranjska Gora in the centre of the Upper Sava Valley, is a small family-run hotel. Free garage parking for motorbikes is provided. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location, which is just a 5-minute walk from the crowded town center. Even the standard rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the renovated bathrooms added a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful and self-served. We also recommend trying the hotel's restaurant for dinner.

Garni Hotel Miklič is a 3-star hotel located amidst the mountains in the town of Kranjska Gora, at the foothills of Vitranc and right next to a ski slope. This is family run hotel and staff are outstanding and super helpful. Breakfast has variety of choice, hotel was very close to ski slopes and centre. Room had all amenities and was very well looked after by housekeeping lady. The staff were kind to give us detailed information on a day trip to lake Bled and surroundings as well as suggested a restaurant with famous chef who has a Michelin star, the experience of that trip made it the highlight of our stay.
