Mrs Massaouda is the greatest asset of this hotel. The hotel management is very lucky to have her among the hotel staff. If I would return to this hotel, it would be because of Mrs Massaouda professionalism. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was heated, and the beach was nice.

Located on the sea front with private sandy beach featuring an outdoor pool, children's playground and terrace, Pickalbatros White Beach Resort - Hurghada is set in Hurghada in the Red Sea Region and... Right from check-in till check-out, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Food was amazing. The restaurant managers took good care of us. The manager of Italian Restaurant (Mr. Emad, if I am not wrong) was very warm and welcoming. The manager in the reception area, Mr. Alaref was very helpful. The Chefs (Chef Bahig, Chef Singh) were so kind and cooked us extra vegetarian food. Even the general manager of the hotel spoke to us personally and collected feedback from us. We really felt as valued customers at the hotel. He arranged for us a lavish Egyptian dinner which we really enjoyed. @ White Beach Team - You are doing a great job. We loved our stay and hope to visit you again.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. The hotel was amazing in every single bit, the food was Amazing the rooms were super clean and very spacious, and above all the staff are working so hard for your satisfaction. I would’ve loved to extend for another day or two. the a la carte restaurants were mind blowing especially anadlucia Will definitely be back

Staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. The overall hotel is massive with incredible amenities, a true all-inclusive with everything you need to a have a terrific, stress-free stay. Having our own private Cabana within the Royal Club was a tremendous perk and something we really enjoyed. Our two favourite restaurants were the Indian and outdoor picnic BBQ experience; both top notch and not to be missed. This was our first experience travelling to Egypt and the Red Sea resort areas, we would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others.

Featuring 3 swimming pools including breathtaking infinity pool, the all-inclusivePickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh offers rooms with panoramic Red Sea views. Very kind staff and animators. The main attraction of the hotel is the sea lagoon and the coral reef right next to the beach. I liked the architecture of the hotel, although it is large, you can always find a place both on the beach and the pool or in the restaurant.
