Accommodation and hospitality of host were excellent.

The ryokan features a hot tub and luggage storage space. The breakfast was great and authentic. Definitely just enough and not too much food.

The receptionist who welcomed us was Rachel. She was very helpful and nice.

At the ryokan, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. We loved this clean and tidy hotel and it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Kyoto. The location is very close to the transit line which makes it easy when travelling with big bags.
